  • Aman Singh — CEO

    Aman is a proud girl dad, lifelong NBA basketball fan, and tech veteran with more than nine years of experience in sales and engineering. After navigating his own family’s challenges with his toddler’s speech delay, he saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to access timely and compassionate support. That journey inspired him to co-found Behavia Therapy, where he is focused on building a company rooted in empathy, inclusion, and community for the families who need it most.

    When he’s not working, Aman enjoys exploring new restaurants with his family, planning their next travel adventure, and cheering on the Sacramento Kings.

  • Manpreet Kaur, School Psychologist — Cofounder

    Manpreet is a licensed School Psychologist and the co-founder of Behavia Therapy. With 6+ years of experience in psychoeducational assessments and school-based mental health, she brings a deep passion for supporting students and families—especially those navigating complex systems with limited resources. After launching Sped Consulting to help school districts improve access to services, she co-founded Behavia Therapy to expand that impact beyond schools. Her work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a firm belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.

  • Lynn Galliano, BCBA — VP of Clinical Operations

    Lynn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Chief Clinical Officer at Behavia Therapy, bringing over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across the lifespan. With a unique background in counseling and cultural anthropology, Lynn blends clinical expertise with empathy and perspective. Her passion lies in caregiver education, mentorship, and building strong, sustainable clinical programs. From supervising new clinicians to designing personalized treatment plans, she leads with heart and intention—always focused on creating meaningful outcomes for families and the teams who serve them.

  • Paul Hanhan, BCBA — Clinical Manager & Director of Technology

    Paul has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over a decade. As a Clinical Manager, he brings extensive experience in leading social skills groups, parent training, staff development, and supporting families through evidence-based practices. In addition to his clinical role, Paul oversees our information and technology department, ensuring our agency stays current with the latest tools and innovations.

    Outside of work, Paul is a proud husband, father, and new dad. He enjoys cooking, grinding premium coffee beans, and hosting game nights with family and friends.

  • Yasmine "Yazzy" Duong, BCBA — Clinical Manager & Compliance Officer

    Yasmine “Yazzy” Duong entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 and has been working with children since 2009, beginning as a cheer coach and tumbling instructor. She is known for her empathy, strong attention to detail, and natural interpersonal skills, which allow her to build meaningful, trusting relationships with both clients and families. Passionate about providing high-quality, individualized support, Yazzy is deeply committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially during their annual family trips to Disneyland.

  • Abby Larson — HR Manager

    Abby brings a deep passion for special education and a career-long commitment to supporting students, families, and educators. She began her career as a special education teacher, spending 9 years teaching students from transitional kindergarten through adulthood, where she developed a strong foundation in inclusive practices, compliance, and student-centered support. She later served as a Program Specialist overseeing five elementary schools, partnering closely with school teams and parents to ensure high-quality special education services and results. In her current role as People and Operations Coordinator, Abby brings her expertise in education, organization, and problem-solving to onboard staff, streamline operations, and foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.

  • Alexis “Lexy” Bomagat — Program Supervisor and Tech Training Assistant

    Lexy has been dedicated to working with children since 2016. She began her career as a cheer coach and gymnastics instructor, where she developed a strong foundation in motivation, encouragement, and building confidence in young learners. In 2021, she transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, bringing that same energy and connection-driven approach into her clinical work.

    Lexy is known for her kindness, positive spirit, and genuine passion for building meaningful relationships. She believes that strong, trusting connections are the foundation for real progress. Her approach focuses on collaboration with families and teamwork with colleagues to ensure each child feels supported and empowered.

    She is deeply committed to helping individuals develop skills that promote independence, strengthen confidence, and improve overall quality of life.

  • Melanie Requena — Scheduling and Intake Coordinator

    Melanie has over seven years of experience working as an RBT in the field of ABA, where she found great fulfillment supporting clients and their families. Throughout her work, she has seen firsthand the positive impact that consistent support and strong collaboration can have on meaningful outcomes. She has since transitioned into a scheduling role, where she continues to build connections with families while helping coordinate services that support effective, high-quality care. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places.

  • Nancy Raices — Program Supervisor and Regional Center Development Coordinator

    Nancy received a bachelor's degree in Social Work and has worked in the ABA field for over 6 years. She is the mother of two children who have an Autism diagnosis and has personally witnessed the benefits of early intervention and ABA therapy. She is passionate about providing culturally sensitive parent education and teaching children in naturalistic settings. Nancy will pursue a masters degree in Social Work after which she hopes to provide mental support to the clients and families she works with. 

    On a personal note, Nancy is a proud wife and mother of 3 beautiful children ( a son and 2 daughters). She enjoys traveling as well as being a tourist in her own city. She enjoys hosting and good meals with friends and family. Nancy is an absolute bookworm and has a yearly goal of reading 50 books.

  • Angela Tran — Program Supervisor

    Angela brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to Applied Behavior Analysis, with a strong foundation in supervision, parent collaboration, and team development. With experience supporting clients across home, school, and community settings, she is especially skilled in helping families navigate care with clarity, compassion, and consistency.

    Angela’s work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and an understanding of how systems impact families differently. She is passionate about mentoring staff, strengthening clinical quality, and ensuring services are both ethical and individualized. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and practical strategies that support meaningful, sustainable progress.

    Outside of work, Angela enjoys creative projects, visiting art museums, spending time with her dogs, and exploring ways to blend organization, creativity, and care in both her personal and professional life.
